Service area: our educational offerings are delivered online and intended for learners throughout Canada. Access from other jurisdictions is not prohibited, but we make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in every country, province, or territory.

13. Governing Law and Courts
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
14. Dispute Resolution (Informal Process First)

15. Termination
